are the ultimate choice for ultra-reliable stability testing. Our chambers deliver more than accuracy,
dependability and performance-they’re loaded with earth friendly and customer convenient technical
innovations. |

| These units have a wide temperature and humidity range and are designed in accordance with ICH
Q1A guidelines, making them perfect for pharmaceutical stability drug testing. Caron’s Environmental
Test Chambers are also ideal for numerous other applications, such as shelf life studies, stability and
package testing, temperature and humidity elevation studies and more. |

| Our units come in three different sizes and are all designed to take up a minimal footprint, allowing
you to most efficiently take advantage of your laboratory floor or bench space. Multiple optional
accessories are also available, allowing you to cost-effectively customize the unit according to your
requirements. |

| Model 6010 is our 10 cu. ft. unit. It comes standard on leveling feet and fits on a benchtop. These units
are stackable and are ideal in a situation where two different setpoints are required or where multiple
researchers need their own unit. |
|
| Model 6020 is our 25 cu. ft. unit. It comes standard on casters and is designed to roll through a
standard three foot doorway without modification, making installation and validation easier and more
economical than ever. |
|
| Model 6040 is our 33 cu. ft. unit. It comes standard on casters for easy relocation and is designed
for applications demanding large capacity. This unit boasts 33 cu. ft. of high volume testing capacity,
giving you 30% more interior space than the Model 6020 in the same small footprint. |

| Caron’s carefully designed horizontal airflow system
generates gentle and evenly distributed airflow
across all shelf locations. Temperature uniformity
and rapid recovery are always maintained, even
under heavy loads. |

| In the event of a power failure, non-volatile memory
allows the chamber to return to its original setpoint
when power is restored. |
|
| Setpoint deviation alarm visually and audibly alerts
you of a problem with the convenient option to
silence the audible alarm. |

| Dual display of temperature and humidity allows you
to visualize instantaneous setpoint and operating
conditions. Setpoints are easily adjusted by simply
pressing the up or down arrow keys. |

| The stainless steel shelves are adjustable and
perforated, making them easy to clean and highly
resistant to corrosion. These shelves also slide, so
whether testing samples or heavy equipment, it is
easy to locate all product inside. |

| The interior is comprised of corrosion-resistant
stainless steel and is easily removed without tools,
saving you time and resources for routine cleaning
and reconfiguration. |

| Our ergonomic, limolicious door handle is an
attractive, modern design, and allows you to easily
access the inside of your chamber. |
|
| The control panel is intuitive, allowing you to
easily make adjustments and setpoint changes. It
is also lockable, which minimizes the possibility of
unauthorized access to controls. |

| The 6020 and 6040 models contain two access ports
and the 6010 model has one access port, making
validation easy and providing you with convenient
access to connect instrumentation. |

gROD
 |
gROD™ is Caron’s Refrigeration on Demand controlled refrigeration, and it efficiently
manages power consumption and saves electricity. |
|
Unlike competitive units that run refrigeration constantly to maintain required setpoints,
gROD™ only operates the refrigeration system when it is needed to maintain the temperature
setpoint. |
|
|
gVapor
|
gVapor™ injects humidity only as needed, without utilizing steam to create humidity, using much less
energy than other technologies. |
|
Unlike competitive units that incorporate energy inefficient steam generators to control and create
humidity, gVapor™ atomizes water into humidity vapor in small, controlled amounts. |
|
gVapor™ quickly recovers humidity after door openings. |

Other earth friendly, cost saving design features
|
Our 115V units run on standard laboratory electrical outlets, reducing the amount of energy
required to run the chamber (see graph below). |
|
The Environmental Chambers are insulated with energy efficient high R, CFC-free foam, contributing
to high thermal retention, and tightly controlling the conditions inside the chamber. Heat loss is
significantly eliminated, which places less demand on your laboratory’s air conditioning unit. |
|
All units have a heated, triple pane, argon filled glass door, which meets the new Department of Energy
standard for refrigerated equipment. The energy efficient door heater also minimizes condensation on
the door for a clear view of your product and aids in temperature recovery. |
|

Optional Condensate Recirculating System

Caron’s optional earth friendly water recycling/purification system (Model CRSY102) is available to
provide a pure water source to your chamber. |
|
The CRSY102 will convert tap water into purified water, eliminating the need to purchase more
expensive water purification systems or maintain a supply of distilled or deionized water. |
|
It connects directly to the chamber and recycles the used water, continuously conditioning it,
eliminating the need for a floor drain. |
|
One CRSY102 will supply purified water to two chambers. |

| Mobility and versatility. The 25 and 33 cu. ft. units come
standard with swivel locking casters and leveling feet, which
aid in installation and relocation. The 10 cu. ft. unit comes
standard with leveling feet, making it ideal for a sturdy benchtop
application. |
|
| Our sliding shelves, tool-less removable interior and easy to
operate control panel are not only convenient for the end user,
but aid in productivity by simplifying routine procedures. |
|
| Other standard features, such as access ports and wide
temperature and humidity ranges, make our units easy to
customize. Caron’s large variety of optional accessories allow
you to cost effectively choose the options you need. |

| Unmatched serviceability. If needed, Caron’s in-house service
engineers are highly trained to perform full on-site installation,
calibration and validation. All of our units come standard with 12
